Product Stock Levels on our Website

We get asked a lot about stock availability on our website, whether what's on the website is actually in stock and ready to ship.

Our website only displays items that are actually in the shop. And if 'Sold Out' is showing, then we've had it in the shop and very recently sold out. Nothing on our website is stored or shipped from a warehouse facility elsewhere.

With regard to how up-to-date the stock levels shown are...they're pretty much real-time. Our in-shop EPOS (Electronic Point Of Sale) system is directly linked to our website, meaning if an item is sold in the shop, it's reflected on our website within a matter of seconds. Please be aware, though, that you may need to refresh your browser to reflect the change.

Feel free to phone us to double-check stock availability, but hopefully, this little nugget of information will help, especially if you're shopping 'out-of-hours'.
